For the last 2 months my cycle has been up to a week late with no flow, only pink spotting. I have taken several HPT and a few blood tests. All have come back negative. I have symptoms that could be many things. Irritability, gas, increase in appetite this month, constipation more than usual, but no weight gain or nausea. I have had my hormones tested for menopause and they were normal. I can't get any answers as to what can be going on with me. Is it possible that I could still be pregnant even though my tests have all been negative?
