How long does it take to foreclose on a mobile home in PA?

This website above says 90 days it does not specify what type of home though.

Property is foreclosed, unless this unit is part of the deed of the property and not on title,

But if it is on title then it will be repo'ed not foreclosed.
It can be done very similar to a repo on a auto.
