In order to 100% avoid my ex and an injust legal system, I want to terminate my parental rights.

    You can't.

You helped create the child,so you have equal parental rights--and parental responsibilities.

Even if you COULD terminate your parental rights, you would still be responsible for child support, as your rights and responsibilities are two different things.

If you don't want to have anything to do with your child, then don't exercise your parental rights. You don't have to have anything to do with the child if you don't want to--you don't have to make decisions about education or healthcare or religion, you don't have to see the child, you don't have to talk to the child, and you don't have to have anything to do with your ex if you don't want to. Your parental rights ONLY allow you the right to help make decisions about the life of your child.

Your parental responsibilities include child support and possibly providing health care (through your insurance) for the child. You can't get out of those unless your ex gets married to someone else and that person wants to adopt. No court in the United States is going to let you sign away parental rights to get out of child support.

Hopefully that answers your question, both what you asked and what you didn't specify.
