    F2 spouse VISA?
I am currently living in USA with F1 visa. I got pregnant during last visit to my home country. Our baby will be born in next year. My husband still lives in my home country. He is thinking to apply f2 spouse visa next month. Is it easy to get f2 spouse visa for my husband because he is my child's father?

The F-2 can be granted based on a spousal relationship, the parental relationship to the child is not relevant. Does he have a means of support for you, him and the child? An F-2 spouse is not authorized for employment, so he will need to show significant funds in the bank.

His savings are much more important for the visa issuance than the paternity of the child.

You should consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
