What if there is no Estate. She didn't leave property behind. Credit card company said they are going to file action. We asked for a copy of the credit card statement showing the charges but they said statements are sent for deceased people but he wants us to trust his word and pay the charges. Isn't that illegal for them to ask someone to pay without a statement? Furthermore, grandmother is deceased and he is not on the credit card. Can they take my husband to court or hurt me anyway?
