I'm having uncontrollable twitching. Most around my sides. Also when I move my eyes, mostly let to right it feels as if my brain is twitching also. As of earlier today I have been having a constant sharp pain in my chest on the left side. My medial history is that I have mitral valve prolapse, an inflamed chest tissue, an arrhythmia, and a syncope. I have no appetite and have not been able to keep my food down. Please inform me on what can be wrong.
