My husband and I need to file a request for hearing in the Las Vegas Family Courts and I'm unsure how to do so. The reason we need a hearing is to show the judge that the ex is not paying the court ordered items (health insurance premiums, health insurance related bills, etc).

I see that the request for emergency hearing does not allow for any "debt" issues... is there a different form we should use? We've already filed the Schedule of Arrearages showing the $1800 debt and our concern is my step-son needs his wisdom pulled prior to the end of the year which will be $350 out of pocket.
