Last night my friend and I split a regular sized bottle of chardonnay, then about an hour later I had a shot of jose cuervo tequila, then about another hour and a half later I had a shot of patron tequila. All of this was drank by 1am... if I drive my car at 1pm today and blow into my ignition interlock, will I fail the blow test?

If I'm reading this correctly you had finished the chardonnay by 10:30, about an hour later had a shot of 80 proof followed by another 90 minutes later.

If so you should have eliminated the ethanol, 0 BAC, within about 8 hours*.
