I have dizzy spells ringing in my ears all the time and sometimes I have blurred vision should I go to the emergency room?

Has this been going on? Or is it a one time thing suddenly?

If it has been going on chronically, I would just take it to your doctor, the ringing is tinitus and the dizzy is vertigo, it could be as simple as an ear infection.

If however this is sudden and out of no where, and is unbearable, or you have lost hearing you may want to go to the Urgent care.
