We have been paying on a judgement for midical bills for years, out of our Social Security Benefits. The collection agency still isn't happy. They want more and now are trying to freeze bank accounts (no success yet) and are threatining taking personal property. How do we go about answering the Writ to the court? We have 10 business days. I'm assuming they won a judgment against you all those years ago. So what grounds do you have for challenging the writ of execution?

Writ of garnishment or of execution? OP says garnishment. Is this on a bank account or wages?
