Are there court orders for child support, is there a child visitation order ?

One has nothing to do with the other. It is up to you, to go after and inforce support rules, how often have you taken him to court for contempt for refusing to pay ?

If you refuse to allow visits, he can take you back to court and even try to use it against you for change in custody, and more.

If there is an existing visitation order, then you have to abide by it. As Chuck said, Support and visitation are considered separately.
