I have PCOS followed by irregular periods and had a miscarriage in Oct. 2005. Came on Aug.20 and Oct. 18 (light) miss the month of Sept. Started spotting on Oct. 30 -Nov.4 started a brownish color, light pink, and a little red but only when I wiped after using the bathroom. Yesterday and today I started to spotted again but just the light pink color I took a pregnancy test on Nov. 1 it was negative. I have a slight pain on my left side, nausea, vomit (once), light-headed, and lost of appeite. I don't know what's going on?

I would check with your doctor if you haven't already. Possibly due to ovarian cysts, but they will also do another pregnancy test as well.
