My son now 17 lives at home with me, I have full physical custody. His Father pays child support and has since our Divorce 8 yrs ago. My son is now a full time college student but there is no mention in the support papers as to his father paying as long as he is a full time student. Do I need to go back to court to get further help with support?

The Order says the father will pay support as long as your son is a full-time student? If so, that's how long he pays support - until your son graduates either high school or college.

OR does your Order state the father pays until age 18 (or some other age)?
