I got off birth control of November of 2010. My periods were starting to come back to their usual cycle. When in July of this year my period stopped completely and my doctor is so clueless of why because I wasn't pregnant then. Anyway, I haven't been to the doctor since September and still no period. Me and my boyfriend do have unprotected sex often. Just last month I started getting pregnancy symptoms and my whole left side (even towards my back) is killing me. Could I be pregnant w.o a period? Is that even possible? Could I have a cyst? What could be the cause of no period and all these pains? HELPPPP. Please.

You need a Physician to examine you and determine if there is or isn't a problem. Yes, you could have a cyst, a bladder infection, just about anything else.

You do need to see a Doctor.
