    What rights would my unborn baby's dad have if I do not put him on her birth certificate?

    The same as they are if you do.

    Once paternity is determined he has the very same rights you have, including being able to file for custody..

    On or not on the birth certificate does not make any difference. If you don't list him, he will have to file for paternity to enforce his rights.
