I was arrested 3years ago and was sentenced to 20days in prison and a year probation.. How does it take to get a parole since it has been 3years..

You were sentenced to 3 years and 20 days, right?

Have you served 3 years and 20 days?

Were you told you are eligible for parole?

I was sentenced 20days a year on probation in 2008.

Parole from what? If you served your 20 days, and since then the year's probation is complete, there would be nothing to parole you from.

Is that means I can travel to US without problems with Customs.. Thanx AK!
