I have been renting for two months and have still not received a lease to sign. Do I still have to sign one?

If you don't you are on a month to month lease and the rent could be raised at any time.

If you plan to stay there a lease would be a good thing as it locks you in to a specific rent amount during that period. And that you won't get a notice two months from now that you will have to leave because they want to rent to someone else.
