    Hi Tjjr40

What name brand is on the shower valve? Kohler? Symmons? Delta? Price Pfister? Glacier bay? American Standard, etc.?

Is the issue at all faucets in the house or just at the shower?

    Let us know more, OK?

If it is new faucet than there is an temperature adjustment ring that prevents you from turning water more towards hot side. If you answer Mark's question than he will be able to tell you how to adjust it. Milo
