I watched a movie on TV a few years ago. All I can remember is that it starts with a little girl at school or the park. She is on the swings. I think she might have been psychic. Another part I remember is that there was a scene where she went into a room and it was full of meat everywhere. Then the last scene I remember is of her in her house and a bunch of cops surrounding it. Please help me.
