Can I run only the blower in an older Coleman Manufactured Home electric furnace?
I have an older Coleman mobile home electric furnace.

We seldom need the heat in this part of Arizona, but I do want to install hepa air filters (takes two) for home air filtration.

Is there a way to run blower only without heat for air recirculation?

Most of those old coleman units had a switch marked summer,on/off that people used for just that purpose

Bingo, and wmproop I thank you ever so much.

I had noticed the black (unmarked as to purpose) switch but never used it. I turned it on and viola, the blower (only) came on and worked like a charm. Now to find some carbon/hepa filters to thoroughly clean the recirculated air and I am in business.

Again, many thanks wmproop , got to love the Web where knowledgeable people unselfishly furnish the answers to questions.
