Talk to him. Ask him if he's concerned about the pregnancy, if something else is going on.

You'll have lots to talk about when the baby is born - so start talking to him now.

I agree with JudyKayTee, talk to him. Men can get a bit wonky about sex when we are pregnant. They can get all kinds of crazy ideas about hurting the baby, or that the baby can see them, etc. If you talk with him and treat him with kindness, not making fun, I imagine that will help smooth over the "no sex" times.
