Yes my periods tend to be very regular and normal before that and this is the first time I am not having even pre menstrual syndromes and no indication of it

First of all thank you so much... my periods were normal before that... and this is first time that they are probably late... well I want to ask that if my periods are delayed or missing for m1 month then it is OK or it is a serious issue and I must consult a doctor or I should wait for a month... regards... god bless you
