I got arrested for felony assault got it plead out to simply battery. Since it's a misemenor but on felony probation if I violate do I got to jail or prison this is in Florida

If you were convicted of a misdemeanor, and you aren't already on probation, if you violate, you'll be sent to JAIL. Only felons go to prison.
