Not exactly sure what you are talking about on the side of the router and data card. Sounds like you're using a broadband aircard and a router to go with it.
Connecting your TV to the router is no different than any other wireless device. Just because your wireless might be using a broadband card, does not change things.
Check your usage details for your broadband card. The Internet features of the TVs tend to use a lot of bandwidth, especially for streaming video. And most broadband cards have a limit that once you go beyond will get extremely expensive.
You will need your wireless network name (SSID), your passphrase, and possibly the encryption type. This is the same information you need to connect a computer or other wireless device to your WiFi.
Next, depending on the model of your TV, you may need the Sony WiFi USB adapter (yes, you will need their proprietary adapter). You will need to connect this to the TV.
From there, you should be able to pull up the menu and go to the far left (or bottom), and choose the network options. For most setups, the step-by-step easy mode option should work. You shouldn't have to go into the advanced setup.
