Life has been incredibly stressful recently. In the last few months I have moved to college and found out that my dad has lung cancer. The latter being within the last month. I became so stressed that I completely forgot to take my birth control pill. I realize this is incredibly bad! I've been taking them for about five years because I have horrible cramps. I am supposed to have my period this coming week, but I've been feeling really bad lately. It doesn't seem like my period is coming soon. I've also been incredibly emotional! I haven't had sex, so I know it isn't that. I was wondering if being off the pill for a month will cause my period to be late, and what I should do about restarting my next pack.
