She is not eating, she seems to want to, she is always shaking, her eyes don't want to stay open, she does not want to stay awake or hold her self up and she constantly crys, and she has bloody diarrea

Sounds like parvo. You need to get her into the vet ASAP. Puppis can go from bad to worse in the matter of hours. It may not be parvo, but there is definitely some sort of parasite or intestinal infection going on here. Please have her looked at ASAP.

Agreed she needs to see a vet as soon as possible, call them and let them know you have a suspected parvo case when you make the appointment.
