A classic black and white movie possibly made sometime in 40s
I had help from Quinn F yesterday in this website. I was so chuffed. That's why I am taking my chance again. This is a kind of a light spy/double agent black and white movie made in 40s most likely in US that I saw as a kid years ago on TV. I do not remember the name of the actors or director/producer. I however recall word ''north'' in the title but I might as well be mistaken. I have a vague recollection of the male protagonist looking like classic Hollywood actors (Errol Flynn look alike?) but I am not sure of this either as it might have been Bob Hope or even Ronald Reagan (when he was an actor) or... There was of course a gorgeous lady in the story. There are only two scenes that I surprisingly remember of this movie after all these years. In one of the scenes, the male protagonist in the toilet (on a train?) throws a towel up in the air to distract a man and then punches him unconscious. Another scene I remember was that the lady, (dressed in fur?) is being carried on a dog sleigh by the male protagonist through the forest covered in snow while running away from the bad guys. This has been for years playing on my mind and none of my family members seems to remember. Needles to say that I tried very hard to find it in different websites but with no success. The last point I wanted to add is that this movie was quite light hearted if not a full comedy (but in the background of possibly world war 2?). As you can see I am not sure of none of the above! My apologies.
Thanks in advance.
