I'm freaking out that I might be pregnant. I'm not feeling any different and on top of that I have only been 3 days late. With the last about 4 months I have been having a regular cycle but now its not here I'm getting more paranoid. I have been sexually active but the whole time it was protected and I haven't felt the condom break. I went a whole month without sex and after having it I had little spotting for a day and the 1st time we were doing it came out and wasn't feeling comfortable so we stopped before he came. Could I b pregnant or is it because I'm stressing about it being late it asn'tcoming?

It's possible you could be pregnant since you have had sex. No form of birth control is 100% effective.

Being a few days late is not uncommon, however. Stress can effect cycles for some women, but then you probably weren't stressed until it was already late?

Give it several more days and see what happens. If still no period, try a test, making sure you follow the directions carefully.

If you were pregnant, you might not feel any symptoms just yet. Some women will experience possible symptoms before they miss a period. For others, the first possible sign is the missed period.

You're at the stage of having to wait and see... frustrating, I know. You could try a test now if you wanted to instead of waiting a bit longer to see if your period is just off a bit this month.
