I had a surgical abortion on 10/1/2011. I have not got a period yet and I been having back and breast pains for the last couple of days could I be again? I have a doctor appt on Tuesday can someone give me a answer, getting a abortion was the worst I would never do that again

You don't say how old you are and for a qualified answer that is important. You should have started menstruating again four to five weeks after the abortion. They would have made you aware of aftercare and what to expect physically.
