I slept with a girl on Monday she said she was having side pains on both sides of her abdomen on Wednesday. She went to the hospital on Friday to get the pains checked out. She said that they did a pregnancy test and it was positive. Is this possible in less than a week if she wasn't pregnant already.

Most tests are accurate after 3 days. They can detect them earlier, but it's advised at 3 days so that the little negative isn't overlooked, as it's early on. Are you doubting being the father?
