That's two different situations. If your class b license is a commercial license, and you failed a random drug test given to you by the state or your company, you'll probably lose your license.

Having no money to satisfy the court is another matter. If they're going to keep on screwing with you if you DON'T take it, and they will, I'd do everything I could to raise the money.
