I wanted to know how advantageous is it for a student to begin with mechanical engineering and then move into m.tech in aeronautical, or do aeronautical engineering itself and m.tech in it? Please help me out...

I am interested in aeronautial engg. I am studyng my 12 this year. I wanted to know if I shuld take up aero engg next or first do mechanincal/electrical and then specialisation in aero engg?
