I was washing clothes and the water from the washer backed up into the tub and pot:confused: why is it doing this? The washingmashine is in the room right next to the downstairs bathroom, and when the washingmashine drained the bathtub started filling up with suds and water and the toilette overflowed with suds and water. Why?

What tub? What pot? Where's the washer backing up into? The overflow pipe? A laundry tray? Please ask the question again only this time with more details. Regards, Tom
