There are no laws governing dating, all the laws refer to sexual activity (you are underage). But you are under the control of your parents and if they say no, it would be illegal for him to pursue it.

Whatever happened to Barbies, and toy cars? I agree with the others, I didn't even have my first KISS until I was 16, out of choice too.

Concentrate on school and friends. You can worry about boys later!

*Your Age* + 11, divided by 2.

So in your case, 11+11 = 22 / 2 = 11

Nope doesn't work for me. The older one gets the greater disparity this formula allows. Not very golden, more like dross.

Legal... illegal has nothing to do with your concern
Its nothing illegal to be with one who you "love"
... to be with one who you "love"

As you said all girls are regularly hitting on him... that's OK its common if your guy is really good.
But the point is that is he also leting others to hit on him.

If he is doing so it might be possible that he is not interested in you.
So what ever you do you should be sure you are doing it right and its good for you
