First off they're all bodies of mass in space all of which are normally bound by a star's gravitational pull, so they're all part of a solar system. Now to get more technical, a Meteor is essentially a fragment of a comet, comets are primarily composed of Carbon Dioxide in solid form(Dry Ice) and some rock. Asteroids on the other hand are essentially different, they are much larger, and their compositions vary, some are composed primarily of carbon, others are composed of a silicate rock, and others are composed of iron and nickel. They're just random masses of metal, minerals, and rocks.
