I have a 1995 Honda Accord. The car starts normally almost every time regardless of the weather, but occasionally (twice now), even if I had it running 10 minutes before, turns over the starter like a I had a flat battery. However, having grabbed my jump leads, it then starts up as usual five minutes later without me doing anything but waiting.

We are stumped, any ideas?

Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free. Afterwards, I would also get the alternator tested.
