Mikey, you probably should have started your own new post. Sorry but most folks can be fired for no reason at all unless you have a labor contract. Did they give a reason for terminating you?

If your fellow employees see you out playing music at night, and they report it, yes you could be fired, I had two friends fired from a major university because they worked a evening job and called in sick during the day on regular job.

But it may depend on many things, how many times before you have been sick, and so on.
