I have a kohler single handle shower. It leaks from the shower head... I replaced and greased the o-rings around the cartridge, but now it leaks worse! Should I replace the cartridge? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Which one do you have? KOHLER: Showers: Bathroom The leak is more likely the cartrdige not the O ring so replacement would be the way to go. Check out their warranty

The shower looks like the "fairfax" model, however, the part number on the cartridge I pulled out is 73716-aa which does not match their diagrams...

You can contact Kohler KOHLER: Warranty Information: Planning Lifetime warranty or just go to Home Depot and find the cartrdige. Some Kohler cartridges can cost over $100 so that warranty looks good to me.
