My friend, the proof is always there in the books. But you need to learn how to relate them, because the names referred in Hindu scripts and Quran are found to be different.
I personally feel is that we can't relate Islam with Hinduism.
My reasoning is that in Hinduism people follow idol worship, but it is not same in the case of Islam.
In Islam we only worship Allah.
    Thank You.

And all religion in and of its self, can never be proved, it is and has always been a matter of faith. You ask how to prove to another faith, yours is right, one could ask of me, how do I prove Christianity is true to convert the Muslim.

You don't, you live your life and allow them to chose that faith and lifestyle if they wish
