I had a MIrena for 4 years. It was removed on September 29th 2011. I didn't have a period just some light spotting after the removal. Three weeks later I had a tubal ligation. It's been almost two weeks since the tubal and still no period. My ob said the pregnancy test done before the surgery would not have been accurate since it was so soon. Is there a chance that I am pregnant?
