    Can va disability be garnished for a judgement?
    Can VETERAN or Social Security Disability be garnished on a Judgement?

    Yes and no. It would depend on what the judgment is for. SSDI and Veterans benefits can be garnished for child support, alimony, unpaid federal income taxes, and other debts owed to federal agencies.

    It can't be garnished for credit card judgments but can be for other debts.
