How to recover deleted mail from trash in gmail

Have you emptied the trash on the webmail ?
If so you will need to contact Google directly, but, to be honest, I don't hold out much hope on that one.
All in all it's gone for good.

Select the deleted mail you want to restore in the trash and under "Move To: select where you want the mail moved.
