How to convert text into speech to be inserted into MS Powerpoint?

I want to create voice based tutorial using Powerpoint.
I want to convert text into digital speech.
This speech or sound will be used in MS Powerpoint to create presentation.
Pl.suggest the softwares and the process how can I do this.
