If a house goes to short sale can I remove fixtures
OK so my deceased parents house going into a short sale soon, it is owned by the bank. Can I go in the house and remove the fixtures I like, for example: brand new pedestal sink and a soaking tub? I am just asking if this is OK or it is considered illegal. Ty.

No, you can't. Fixtures are considered a part of the real estate. They don't belong to you (even if you installed them); but instead belong to the bank.
