My husband and I have installed a new 3 1/2 ton Goodman heatpump. Do we need to do anything else before start it up?

Are either of the installers trained and qualified? There's a lot to do .
Did the ac work during the summer? If,, well I don`t know where to start, if its not working I`d say something wasn`t done, or done right, let us know
If it was installed by a professional company they should be called back.to finish their job

This is a brand new system. We have completed and in place. We did it ourselves.
