You are the only person who knows why she drinks too much and ends up having sex with any available man - if that's what you're saying. Maybe it's a sex problem, maybe it's alcohol, maybe it's emotional. How much does alcohol impact the rest of your life and how often does this happen? If you can't stop at one drink you have a problem with alcohol.

How to tell him? Tell him the truth. You had too much to drink X times and then had sex with another man/men.
