    Pregnant and having problems
    I had a positive test had a early scan they said was full of gas and the sac was empty so they now doing blood test I'm having cramps and lower back pain but no bleeding I'm really worried please help

    You could have had a positive-negative ( I think that name is right) where the test says you are pregnant when done by urine because your HcG levels are high at the time, in some women they can be high when ovulation occurs. Getting a blood test is better because the HcG level stay higher in the blood for a longer amount of time and you may/may not be pregnant. The ultra sound may have missed the baby also in the sac sometimes that happens due to human error because no one is perfect.

    I think you may be confusing hCG for LH which is related to ovulation. LH, luteinizing hormone, rises right before ovulation and is what ovulation test kits will look for. Hcg is produced when pregnancy has occurred. It may, however, be used to help some women with becoming pregnant.
