We have had our Jack Russell puppy three weeks, she is 12 weeks now. We always take her outside to the same spot and it is working, but when we put her outside without us going she won't go to the spot, she will either not go at all or pee and poop by the door. How do we get her to go to the spot on her own?

Continue taking her out. This will take months, not days.

Leave some of her poop in the area you want her to potty in. Have her watch you clean it up. Make a HUGE deal about her pottying there...

Just continue to take her to the spot you want her to go. She is just a puppy...
