If I won a small Claims law suit
If I won a small Claims law suit can I repo the persons car that owes me money? If so how and how much does it cost and how do I do it?

During your law suit against them. You have to of course file a law suit and get a judgement before you can garnish any wages. During the law suit you compel them to tell you and the court where they work. If you got a judgement previously you can still request that they inform you and the court of where they work.

This of course often does not happen, people lie. So many times you may have to hire a PI to follow them and find out where they work, where they bank and so on

Is the claim anything to do with the car ?
To repo, they have to owe you money on that car?

You can file for a writ of execution to seize any known assets. You will then have to hire a sheriff to actually seize the car or whatever asset.

This is the Catch 22 of suing someone. Its often easy to win and hard to collect. You can try going back to the court and asking that the person be compelled to fill in a financial statement. You can hire a PI to find where he works. You can try following him yourself, though I wouldn't recommend it.

Your wording is incorrect. If you won in Small Claims Court you either got a money judgment (a dollar amount) OR the car was ordered returned to you.

You can't get a money Judgment AND "repo" the car. That's double dipping.
