I am paying full rent in HUD property if my income go high do I have to leave the property

If there is an income requirement to qualify for the rental, then you may have to leave. Generally, you have to submit income info periodically. I believe there is some leeway once you are already in residence. So you can earn an amount that would not qualify you, but at some point you will have to move.
